Idil Eser is an established human rights activist and one of the so-called Istanbul 10, a group of activists that the Turkish government imprisoned and accused of terrorist crimes. She was previously Executive Director of Amnesty Turkey and currently a guest researcher at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights.

She is joined by Dr. Paul Levin, Director of the Stockholm University Institute for Turkish Studies, and Ami Hedenborg, Spokesperson for Amnesty Sweden.
